New Client Win...Trent and Dove Housing Association

Perennial Landscapes is pleased to announce that we have successfully won a new grounds maintenance contract with Burton Upon Trent based housing association, Trent and Dove.

Following a rigorous selection process to be approved onto the associations framework agreement, we competitively tendered for a number of contracts on offer. We were successful in securing two, two year, multi-site grounds maintenance contracts. The work is to be completed on sites throughout Staffordshire and South Derbyshire.

Perennial Landscapes is seeking a grounds maintenance operative to work in a small team carrying out grounds maintenance works at commercial and domestic properties throughout Staffordshire and the wider Midlands.

Experience and qualifications preferred, good communication skills, H&S Knowledge, full clean driving licence, fantastic work ethic.

New Grounds Maintenance Contract Win at Florette

Perennial Landscapes have successfully won the contract to undertake the grounds maintenance at the Florette Salads packaging site at Florette House, Wood End, Fradley.

The new contract is to fully maintain the grounds of the whole 5 acre site. This includes mowing all the amenity grass, weed and litter control and seasonally cutting the hedges. The contract is on a yearly basis, with the aim of keeping the standards of the site high, all year round.

New Burton Business Park Grounds Maintenance Contract

Perennial Landscapes have managed to hold on to the maintenance contract for the Granary Wharf Business Park off Wetmore Rd in Burton Upon Trent.

Perennial Landscapes were the first to maintain the site after it was built 6 years ago, but after the freehold to the site was sold last year, the grounds maintenance contractor was changed. After being continually disappointed with the previous contractor, Perennial Landscapes was asked back to get the standards of the site back up and to continue maintaining the site on a yearly basis.

The contract is to fully maintain the 7 acre site including weed control, litter picking, hedge cutting and removing leaf and dust debris.

New Co-op Grounds Maintenance Contract

Perennial Landscapes is excited to announce that it has been selected to maintain the grounds of Tamworth Cooperative Societies portfolio of properties. 

Tamworth Cooperative, based in Colehill, Tamworth has been a registered Cooperative since 1886 and has been serving the communtities with Staffordshire and Warwickshire since then. The total group has 22 sites in total offering groceries, to car MOT’s to funeral services. 

Perennial is to be offering a wide variety of grounds maintenance services including grass cutting, hedge cutting and weed and litter control to the sites Burton Upon Trent, Tamworth, Kingsbury and Rosliston to name a few.
