As the driving force behind the business, Thomas oversees day-to-day operations while managing estimating, accounts, and health and safety. His hands-on approach and dedication to maintaining high standards have been key to the company’s success. Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager, Gemma’s primary responsibility is to maintain a full order book for Perennial Landscapes. She achieves this by efficiently managing the quoting process, ensuring clients receive their quotes promptly. Gemma works closely with clients throughout the quoting process, addressing their needs and offering value engineering options when applicable to provide cost-effective solutions. Once quotes are submitted, she diligently follows up with clients, guiding them through to the point of securing the projects. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to build lasting client relationships have made Gemma an essential part of the team, helping to drive the business’s growth and ensuring a steady flow of projects for the company.

Landscape Coordinator

Stacey first joined Perennial Landscapes in 2022, working in the estimating department. Soon after, she began shadowing Linzi to assist with landscaping coordination duties, gaining valuable experience and insight. Under Linzi’s guidance, Stacey quickly developed the skills needed to take on her own landscaping coordination responsibilities. Now, Stacey actively supports Mac and his teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and that all coordination tasks are handled efficiently. Her growing knowledge of landscaping operations, along with her ability to manage multiple tasks, makes her an important member of the team. Stacey’s progression within the company is a testament to her dedication and eagerness to learn, and she continues to play a key role in supporting Perennial Landscapes' successful project execution.

Jo joined Perennial Landscapes in June 2023, initially starting in Human Resources, where she quickly established strong relationships with the team. Her extensive experience in operations allowed her to transition smoothly into her current role overseeing the landscaping and grounds maintenance divisions. In her leadership position, Jo is committed to ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer care. The connections she built early on in HR have been instrumental in fostering collaboration and a positive work environment, which she leverages to drive operational efficiency and maintain the high standards that Perennial Landscapes is known for.

Landscape Projects Manager

Sean joined Perennial Landscapes in January 2022, bringing extensive experience in soft landscaping. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of landscaping projects, overseeing contracts to guarantee they are completed safely, profitably, and on time. Sean’s attention to detail and strong organizational skills help him effectively manage the various aspects of each project, from planning to execution. He holds an SSSTS qualification and is currently working towards his Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management. His commitment to professional development and passion for delivering high-quality results make Sean a valuable asset to the team, contributing to the successful completion of projects and the continued growth of Perennial Landscapes.

Grounds Maintenance Coordinator

Alex joined Perennial Landscapes in May 2024, and despite her relatively recent start, she has quickly become an invaluable member of the team. Working alongside Jo and Brian, Alex ensures the smooth running of the grounds maintenance department. Her primary responsibility is the scheduling of teams, ensuring that all tasks are allocated efficiently and on time. She also provides support to the teams, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout their workday. In addition, Alex handles client requests, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and professionally. Her ability to multitask and her proactive approach to problem-solving make her an essential part of the team, contributing to the continued success and smooth operations of Perennial Landscapes.

Finance Manager

Pip first joined Perennial Landscapes in 2019, when the business was much smaller. After a brief hiatus working in-house elsewhere, she returned and has been with the company as it has grown and developed. In her current role, Pip oversees all financial aspects of the business, managing everything from day-to-day operations to year-end duties. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills ensure that the company’s finances run smoothly, supporting the continued growth and success of Perennial Landscapes. Pip's commitment to the business and her ability to adapt as the company expanded have been invaluable, making her an integral part of the team and contributing to the overall efficiency and financial stability of the company.

Landscape Projects Manager

Mac first joined Perennial Landscapes in the grounds maintenance division before transitioning to the landscaping division, where he has steadily risen through the ranks. Starting as an operative, he progressed to supervisor, then foreman, and is now a project manager. With his broad knowledge of both soft landscaping and grounds maintenance, Mac brings valuable expertise to every project he manages. His hands-on experience at every level of the company gives him a unique perspective and allows him to effectively lead his teams to success. Mac holds an SSSTS qualification and is currently working towards his Level 6 NVQ. His commitment to professional development and his extensive experience make him an essential asset to the team and the company’s continued success.

Brian Crane

Grounds Maintenance Manager

Brian has been with Perennial Landscapes since 2017 and is the true bedrock of the company. With an in-depth knowledge of landscape maintenance, there’s little he doesn’t know about the industry. Brian oversees all the sites the company maintains, ensuring high-quality work across every project. He takes great pride in not only delivering exceptional results but also in developing the skills and knowledge of his teams. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, Brian helps his teams perform at their best while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. His leadership, expertise, and dedication have played a key role in Perennial Landscapes’ ongoing success and reputation for excellence in the landscaping industry.

Linzi first joined Perennial Landscapes in 2019 and, over time, has worked across virtually all departments within the company. With her extensive knowledge of the business, she is a go-to person for information, and if she doesn’t have the answer, she knows exactly where to find it. In her current role, Linzi supports the estimating department with tender submissions, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and presented accurately. Additionally, she assists Sean and Mick with the coordination of their landscaping teams, helping to ensure smooth operations across multiple projects. Linzi’s versatility, strong organizational skills, and deep understanding of Perennial Landscapes make her an essential member of the team, contributing to the company's continued success.

Mick Ball

Mick has over 40 years of experience in the landscaping industry and has been with Perennial Landscapes since 2021. Despite his extensive experience, Mick continues to outperform and produce exceptional results, often surpassing his younger colleagues. In his role, he supports his project manager, Sean, by managing teams and overseeing sites across the country. Mick plays a key part in staff development, providing training and guidance to ensure the teams operate at their best. He also manages health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. With his wealth of knowledge and hands-on approach, Mick ensures that all work meets the high standards that Perennial Landscapes is known for, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
