New Burton Business Park Grounds Maintenance Contract

Perennial Landscapes have managed to hold on to the maintenance contract for the Granary Wharf Business Park off Wetmore Rd in Burton Upon Trent.

Perennial Landscapes were the first to maintain the site after it was built 6 years ago, but after the freehold to the site was sold last year, the grounds maintenance contractor was changed. After being continually disappointed with the previous contractor, Perennial Landscapes was asked back to get the standards of the site back up and to continue maintaining the site on a yearly basis.

The contract is to fully maintain the 7 acre site including weed control, litter picking, hedge cutting and removing leaf and dust debris.
