An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Perennial Landscapes as a Landscape Supervisor!
We are looking for experienced individuals in soft landscaping to join our growing business.

We provide landscaping and grounds maintenance to organisations throughout the midlands and wider UK. Job Overview
Work within a team undertaking work throughout the Midlands and throughout England. You may on occasion work on the Grounds Maintenance division.
You will be responsible for the following services:
Turfing
Planting
Tree Planting
Seeding
Membrane and bark installation
Occasional hard landscaping tasks
Occasional grounds maintenance tasks
All associated landscape works
Maintenance of machinery used
Requirements
Essential –
Valid CSCS or LISS card
2 years soft landscaping experience
2 years in a supervisor/team leader/manager position
Full Driving licence
Able to commute to our yard and office base.
Preferred –
CPCS or NPORS tractor qualification
SSSTS
Relevant training certifications
Responsibilities
Ensuring work is completed to the expected standards in line with the time frame agreements.
Communicate well with stakeholders to provide an excellent service and professional standards.
Monitor, look after, check and maintain the issued vehicle
Monitor, look after, check and maintain the issued tools and machinery
Discuss and talk to the site manager and deal with any concerns
Report any issues or problems encountered during the visit to the office/line manager
Manage and monitor your teams health and safety
Understand the scope of works
Identify any variations or changes
Deal with any complaints
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: £26,250.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: Minimum 40 hrs Per Week

Stafford ST16 3DD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Soft landscaping: 3 years (required)
Language:
English (preferred).
