Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and analysed. This role requires strong clerical and administrative skills, as well as proficiency in various software applications to support data entry and project management. The Estimator will play a crucial role in helping our company maintain competitive pricing while delivering high-quality services.
Requirements
Proven experience in estimation or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks is advantageous.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining organized records Procore and Excel. We will provide you with training on how to use Procore.
Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
Assist in preparing quotes, estimates and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to support overall productivity.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
