Fencing and Landscaping Contract Secured For Fletcher Homes

Perennial Landscapes is pleased to announce that it has secured the contract to install the fencing and landscaping at Fletcher Homes’ new development, Kynaston Place in Ellesmere, Shropshire.

The site compromises of 13 large houses located on the edge of Ellesmere. The show home will be ready towards to the end of February ready for viewings.

Matt Salt, Perennial Landscapes contracts manager said he was pleased to be working with Fletcher Homes on this site and reconfirmed his commitment to making sure the site was a success.

New Appointment For Perennial Landscapes

Perennial Landscapes is excited to announce the new appointment of Matt Salt as Landscape Contracts Manager. Matt will be working closely alongside Tom, Perennial Landscapes Director and the installation teams to deliver successful landscape projects to our clients.

Matt, who is moving from another local landscaping contractor, said he was very pleased to be offered this opportunity and is very excited to get started.

Prestigious Contract Secured For Bibby Financial Services

After a rigorous tendering process, Perennial Landscapes has successfully secured the landscape installation contract for the large, multinational financial services firm Bibby Financial Services. The works are to take place in the courtyard of their new offices located just outside of Banbury, Oxfordshire. The program of works which is to take 5 weeks includes the installation of Millboard decking, various gravel surfaces, resin bonded gravel, sleeper borders and wooden arches.

On this project, we will be working closely with Jonathan from Sacha Barnes Garden Designs and the consultants Applied Landscape Design.

New Landscaping Contracts Secured For Mcgoff Construction

Perennial Landscapes has secured a large new contract for Mcgoff Construction. This is off the back of three successful landscaping contracts completed for Mcgoff late last year. The new contract to be undertaken is in Lichfield, Staffordshire and includes the installation of all soft landscaping, metal and wooden fencing. The ultimate client is Barchester a large national nursing home provider.

Thomas Holland, Perennial Landscapes’ MD said he was pleased to secure another site for Mcgoff Construction and hopes to build on the great relationship by completing another successful site.

Landscaping Contract Secured For New Housebuilder

Perennial Landscapes has successfully secured the soft landscaping contract for a newly formed house builder Owl Homes. The development is in the South West Leicestershire village of Sheepy Magna, near Tamworth and Atherstone. The site comprises of 5 high quality houses with large gardens.

A Trio Of Grounds Maintenance Contract Wins For Perennial Landscapes

Perennial Landscapes has successfully secured three further sites working for national housing association, Anchor Trust. We have held contracts with Anchor Trust for the past 6 years, at a number of sites in Staffordshire and Derbyshire

Soft Landscaping at a Lagan Homes Development Secured

Perennial Landscapes has recently secured the soft landscaping contract, for a development of new build houses, in the Warwickshire village of Fenny Compton, for major regional house builder, Lagan Homes. 

The development comprises of 13 high quality homes, of which Perennial Landscapes have been contracted to complete the soft landscaping. The soft landscaping includes all planting and turfing.

Double Contract Win For Perennial Landscapes

Perennial Landscapes has started the month by successfully securing two further soft landscaping projects for major contractor Mcgoff Construction.

Last month, Perennial Landscapes successfully completed their first contract with Mcgoff, off the back of this, we have successfully tendered and won a further two contracts. The contracts are to complete the soft landscaping at their developments in Stourport-On-Severn and Bedworth.

We will be carrying out the supply and installation and the follow-on grounds maintenance of the planted areas of the site.
